Gentle, energetic, flowing Yoga with Mantra, music and mudras.
Join Chrissie for a relaxing hour and a half class that will be mostly yin yoga and yoga philosophy readings with an elongated 20 minutes meditation at the end. Class themes will vary from the Chakras, Yoga Sutras, Bhagavad Gita, Upanishads and other sacred texts.
